It’s beautiful, as are the words from the writers. I believe it is in the elevation of truth over comfort, depth over success, and love over the prize that we find the strength we need to redefine life and beauty, resist the powers that be, live on our own terms, bounce back from trauma, defy the dull and deceitful, and enjoy the mosaic. Thanks, and all the best with the venture.

Christine...
Great comments and lovely drawing. Although I attended high school with Christine in the 1970s, we never met until last year in May. As a marine and LAPD officer, I learned what the words courage, honor, duty, and love meant. I know what heroism is.
Christine was a hero and history will look upon her kindly - and upon her detractors with equal measures of contempt.
The drawing especially captures Christine's feistiness, as I once heard it described. She benefited so many with her courage and optimism. R.C. has honoured her beautifully. His words about trying to stay healthy and balanced by finding the truth and beauty in life also honour this website.
